What properties do you require?
We are actively seeking properties to add to our portfolio of serviced apartments within Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester. Our current requirement are 2/3 bed apartments with parking around Southampton City Centre, particularly SO15 and SO14 postcodes and Portsmouth, particularly around Gunwharf Quay and PO1, PO3, PO4 and PO5 postcodes.
What happens to my property?
Our company, the StQ Property Group, works with construction companies, contractors, business professionals and recreational visitors throughout the UK by providing high-end, temporary accommodation whilst they are staying in this these areas.
How do I know my rent will be guaranteed?

What are the benefits of using you?

How do I know you will take care of my property?
Unlike a standard tenancy where things can go wrong without your knowledge until its too late! Our dedicated management team maintains your property on a weekly basis, this includes a minimum weekly clean, weekly property assessment checklist and 2 hour response time to any property emergencies.
Why wouldnt I let out my property on a standard tenancy?
As you may be aware, predicted government legislation on evictions will now prevent landlords from evicting tenants using section 21 in instances where no tenancy rules have been violated nor will they be able to serve a section 21 notice within the first four months or an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. This further removes control from landlords over their property and intensifies their need for a reliable and consistent tenant. StQ Property Group can offer security to landlords, giving them confidence in their tenancy agreement and the ability to release their assets yearly.
